Does the chocolate contain nuts?
Answer: We cannot guarantee that the chocolate is free of nuts.
How far do you travel?
Answer: Within a 30-mile radius is included in the Hire charges. Any further afield, an additional delivery charge will be incurred, depending on your location.
If we place a booking, how much deposit is required?
Answer: We will require £100 deposit to be paid on the day of booking by Paypal (you do not need an account). The outstanding balance can then be paid by cheque or bank transfer, whichever you prefer.
What can be dipped?
Answer: All varieties of fruits and sweets can be dipped. We do not use anything that can crumble as this will taint the chocolate in the machine.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Answer: We accept cash, cheque, paypal and bank transfers.
